Frictionless Proportional Pilot Valves

The frictionless proportional pilot valve is an electro-hydraulic unit designed to modulate pressure from 0 to 30 bar (0 to 435 PSI). Flows range from .15 l/min to 1.32 l/min at 30 bar delta (.04 to .35 GPM at 435 PSID). This pilot unit can be used in conjunction with the customer’s spool or piston to provide proportional pressure output and high output force. This valve can operate at contamination levels of ISO 4406 25/20 intermittently, and ISO 4406 19/16 continuously.

This is an infinite position, normally closed, three-way pressure control valve, and is designed for applications such as clutch control within power shift transmissions. It is also used on various applications within the off-road mobile market.
