FEMA Corporation has entry-level openings available on first shift in its Production Department. Shift hours are Monday – Thursday, 7:00am- 5:30pm. Candidates should be able and willing to work overtime hours as needed.
Operators work on teams assembling, testing and packaging hydraulic valves on various production lines in a temperature-controlled environment. No experience necessary. After a 90-day orientation period employees are offered benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, long-term/short-term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation and personal days, educational assistance and stock ownership.

FEMA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Buyer to join the Purchasing Department. This position is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, managing and developing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and supporting organizational initiatives that drive cost savings and supplier performance.
This is a full-time, overtime exempt position and will report to the Purchasing Manager. Normal work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Supplier Development Engineer

FEMA Corporation is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) to join our Quality team. In this role, you will blend engineering expertise with project and people management to ensure our suppliers meet FEMA and customer quality standards. You will play a key role in supplier selection, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The SDE thinks independently and is a thought-leader who maintains professional behavior, is decisive, confident, and has high energy.
